NTC announces two transfer agreements

(WAUSAU, Wis.) September 6, 2017 – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh are pleased to announce two transfer agreements for students completing NTC’s Electromechanical Technology and Mechanical Design Engineering Technology Associate Degrees. Through these new agreements, qualifying students will be able to earn their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree at NTC and then continue their education at UW-Oshkosh to earn a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in either Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology.  

 “We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with Northcentral Technical College to extend engineering-related educational opportunities to students in central Wisconsin,” said Dennis Rioux,

Associate Professor and Coordinator, Department of Engineering Technology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. “We look forward to working closely with individual students to meet their needs and ensure a successful transfer to UW Oshkosh.”

To qualify, students must graduate from NTC with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. Students can then transfer the following amount of credits they earned at NTC to UW-Oshkosh:
